I've got a 4x4 Durango and I just replaced the fluid in the front and rear differentials and transfer case with some fresh Mobil 1. On the front and rear diffs the fill holes are plugged with a rubber stopper. This stopper seems like it leeks a bit. Has anyone else experienced this? Any grease or sealant I could use on it?

Ignore it, once it gets to an appropriate fill level, it will stop leaking. If it's a real problem, the plugs are cheap, replace them.
