Don't quote me here because I'm not positive. but I'd say no because you can't get that tranny with a 318 or 360 from the factory (by the way they are the same tranny, just with different software)

I think so - haven't checked but been told bell housing patterns are the same. Don't they use the same manual transmission for the different motors ?
