Hey Troy, How and what did you use to cut the 3 in hole to stick the intake out of? I also went to PepBoys and they said they didn't have a filter like yours. Thats ok cause I picked up a K&N part# E-1796 The filter about the size of a paper towel roll.(A little too big to put where yours is, but I can get a smaller one) Anyway, put the thing together (no time flat cause I am a plumber and used to working with ABS and the like) Didn't really notice much of a change in either sound, or pep. I'm running Flowmaster 40's. Thought maybe it's due to the temp here in OKC (100+) I am going to do as you did but not sure how you accomplished the hole since it is so tight in there.
