I've installed 1828 cam from Hughes and Iron Ram heads,and lifters. It won't idle after driving coming to a stop. I've been told the only solution is a dino tune, true or false.It's also using mass amounts of fuel. Values show ok for stock.

Might want to start a new thread for this. The thread you tacked it onto is for a 4.7 engine cam - while you are looking for 5.2/5.9 engine advice.
