 Subject: MSD 6a ignition amp.

I recently bought a MSD 6a ignition amplifier for my 1995 Dodge Dakota auto 318. I figured out that two of the wires go to the battery, the other two splice into the wires connecting onto the coil. But where do the other two wires go? I looked at the diagram that is included, but still don't have a clue. Thanks.

Big red battery
Black ground
Small red off ignition switch (green/or)
White stock amplifier (black?)
other two are positive and negative to coil
In directions look under late model dodge
