I have a quad cab 4X4 anyone had problems with running the pipe over to the drivers side? It just does not look like much room. Can you still leave the spare were its at, if so what size pipe?

The muffler shop I use welded a "L" shaped bracket inside the left (driver's) frame rail to push the spare tire to the right slightly for extra clearance.

I was looking under my truck the other day thinking about dual exhaust.
I have a Club Cab 4 X 4 and want to run true dual from the front. Would a 3" body lift make this easier, or is it possible with the stock stance?
Any ideas or suggestions?

a good shop can do anything. ive seen 3" true duals on a slammed r/t on 20's...
