1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 , #1 is marked on the cap and just plug them in that order clockwise around the cap.

About plug wires - going to change mine - 5.2L - Looking at the Borg-Warner Magnetic Core (CH7841)- Also I noticed that my Dakota has wire loom on the wires - I am guessing that I will need to take that off and reinstall on the next wire set.

when i changed the wires on my 97 5.2, the AC delco set i got had wire loom on them. I assume it comes with the Borg Warner Set also.
