I'm gunna take a stab in the dark and say the flowmaster... i've heard the difference, and i think the flowmaster has a better should i say "quality" loudness. Just my two cents tho.

hey al.. I have a 2001 rt as well and i had a local muffler shop install my flows on.. all i told em was that i wanted my beast to sound loud and they installed the 40 series muffler with single in dual out with turn downs!! sounds pretty dang mean!! they sound awsome .. have fun in the rt
