I forget which site it was, but they had exhaust clips of almost all mufflers on the 5.9. all i can say is that flowmaster was by far the best. also, if anyone can help me out, i have gibson headers on my 2002 r/t and they are a real pain in the ass to tighten down. its really hard to get the wrench up to the bolt to tighten it and they have to be tightened every couple thousand miles. does anyone have a solution to this?

I have Gibson exhaust and I think it is ten times better than the flowmaster (sound and performance)
I also have the Gibson headers and they do need to be tightned but only after a couple hundred miles, I have had mine on for about 700 miles now and I havent tightned them since 200 miles after I put them on and they are still tight. The only thing I can suggest is to take them off and put some lock tight on them..

yea i may take off each bolt and put lock tight on it but im not lookin forward to the job. when i first put the bolt on some of them were in such tight places that it sucked tryin to even get the bolt into the hole. by the time i was done my knuckles were all cut up! and after all that the performance was a little better but the truck sounded almost the same as before. i thought it would be louder.

You might try Summit Racing, they have a set of locking header bolt sets Part # STG-8915 for 37.95.
