Anybody install a shift kit? Do you like it? What brand? GOT A "98", 5.2, automatic, 3.55, JBA headers & Y pipe, Airaide, Gibson catback, Jet stage 2. I'm thinking of going with a shift kit next.

i used the mp shift kit in my a518. dealer installed,didn't adjust it! sent it to a transmission specialist--- wow! i don't have big tires(225-70-15)they break loose real easy in the 1--2 shift.this was one of the best things i did to my truck!fun factor--- 10+. 93 cc v8 2wd

Installed a transgo kit on my 2000 r/t. Went conservative on the choices you have installing. Shifts are firm and quick, and not harsh. [was worried about that] no regrets...but if your not highly mechanicly inclined pay someone to install it.
