My Friend has a 97 Dakota w/ headers straight pipe , no cat on som minor mods but I can't remember what, and he did 15.2 1/4 mile time against a 98 Civic SIR which did 15.4 1/4 mile and I found that amazing because his truck is about twice the weight and he is almost 280 lbs and his truck has a tunnou cover and a loarge system....

I have a 99 4x4 cc 5.2L 5 speed with 31x10.5-15 I ran a 15.6@ 92 with a terrible 60" time and lots of wheelhop when my truck was completly stock even the factory tuneup with 71,000 miles. I ran it again 2 summers ago with 90,000 miles and a blown pleanum gasket I didn't know it was gone at the time and ran a 16.0 with my current mods cia, 50mm tb, headers, 3' flowmaster single, good plugs wires cap and rotor, kyb shocks, spring clamps, and a dana trac loc. Now I have a superchips tuner and ported kegger.
