Guys,
I put the "fastman" throttle body on my 2001
Dak. I also put the gibson shorty headers, removed
all three cats, put the dual cat simms in, the stage 2 chip, cold air flow. my truck is FAST!!
I am considering ported and polished heads for the
finish. total spent: (includes labor and shipping to hawaii)
400 headers
100 chip (Ithink its a jet)
80 cold air
600 exhaust (stainless true dual with cherry bomb glasspacks)
Add it up..1180.00 why spend more than you have to? a supercharger is 5K if you want to break your
drive shaft or if you have a manual your clutch..

Yes, why spend more than you have to? You spent 1000 dollars on exhaust, and got about the same gains that the HO cams and manifold could have given.
