 Subject: Gas Mileage drop

I have a 2000 4.7 liter quad cab and i changed the plugs and airfilter about three weeks ago. Ever since my gas mileage has dropped about 3 miles a gallon. It idals at about 650-700. Does anyone know what could be wrong. Thanks

Plug Gap maybe.

Make sure all the air intake connections are properly seated...you might be sucking in hot air, which will retard the ignition
