Looking to relocate the IAT on my 03 4.7 QC - I've searched the board to confirm the location of the sensor, but I'm wondering if DC moved it for 03. All posts I read place the IAT on the intake manifold, driver's side, below the TB. Mine is on the driver's side of the air intake plenum/"box", just forward of the TB throat. Due to this, it actually sits quite a bit above the intake manifold - doesn't look like incoming air would get that hot at all before it hits the TB. Am I missing something on the semantics of the term "intake"? If indeed it has been moved for this model year, is there any point in relocating? Sorry for the simple question, but I couldn't find any pre-03 pics to compare. TIA

Dodge in 03 relocated the iat to the intake, I see no point in changing it's location.
