 Subject: MBRP cuda ex. with spare tire?

im getting a 2003 CC R/T in a few weeks and i want to put the cuda style exhaust from MBRP on it. can i keep the spare underneath? or do i have to get rid of it to make room for the pipes to exit out the back?
