 Subject: NEED HELP

My dads truck, a 97 5.2L Auto, is having some trouble. We just replaced the waterpump a week ago after it stopped working. And ever since then we have had a problem with the truck almost stalling when we are sitting at a light. Another thing that it is doing, is when you are driving sometimes when you hit the gas it doesnt want to accelerate right away, and then finally it goes. We can quite figure this one out. Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry for it being so long

O2 sensor, Thats my best guess without looking at it.
