I have a 99 5.2L auto 4x4 ext dak
Did have a 97 dak 3.9L before some idiot ran into me and totaled it. But anyway like everyone else I'm looking for advice from owners who have already done mods to their dak.

already put on a dual cat back exhuast system
................ jet computer modular
................ air intake system K&N
................ switched to 3923 autolite plugs

next will switch to BW wires and RS 180 therm

Things that I've read on this site that others have done

JBA hearers
High flow cat
MSD ignition
March Pullies
Transgo Shift Kit
Mopar Computer (wonder if this works with the jet modular)
Accel Ciol
BW cap/rotor (I read it the same as NAPA just a different name)
BFG At T/A (not sure what this is or not use to the abbrev.)
lAT Ajuster (Not sure what this is either)
1.7 Crower roller rockers
Adj. TPS .51v to .76v
Turbo,superchargered or nitro
and a bunch of different TB
V8 RT Stock
Dremel TB
Ported Tb any where from 50mm on up

Well this is what I've found now I need advise on what would be best. Do some of the small$ items help or don't help? Do some of the larger$ items kill the dak faster? Do some of the items destroy your gas mileage? Is it better to go with some but not others or is there better brands out there?Does some items not work properly when others are installed?

Any advice would be helpful
List your dak and mods plus running time so I can compare

I have a 97 5.2L. Done many mods and getting set to do the next round this winter.
To date I have the following:
flowmaster catback
k&n 14x3
180 tstat
IAT adjuster (Intake Air Temp. adjuster. Works the same as the Jet module and more control. Can adjust anywhere from 20 to 190 degrees.)
edelbrock headers
1.7 crower roller rockers
accel coil
taylor wires
ported TB
autolite 3923's

I would say the biggest 2 improvements have been the rockers and headers. Been very happy with anything I have added so far. I am getting the hypertech power programmer III tomorrow so I will tell the results of that.

Haven't heard good things about the JET modules. I have the M1 manifold and will be getting the heads ported this winter. Hoping to hit 350 hp at the crank. With my current mods I'm getting very close to 300 hp.

ALmost forgot, have the transgo shift kit. Very definite improvement. Really cleans up the sloppy shifting and supplies the converter with more fluid.

When you say you haven't heard good things about the jet modular what things have you heard? I haven't had any promblems with mine.

I have added new performance wires Cap/rotor since last.

Not sure of the total power I have added by doing all the mods but I took on the new 6.0L 300hp chevy sliverado and kept right with him, I maybe had a ever so slight edge.

well, I got a 2000 ram with a 318, my only mods have been a removal of the stock muffler (READ:straight pipe) transgo shift kit and a built tranny, but the single biggest mod I did has been the 4:56 gears I got, auburn posi and the pirelli scorpion zeros.I raced a 99 6.0 chevy and walked all over it....in a full size. the limited slip and gears work real nice, and the pirellis hook up with nooooo wheel spin.....
