iam running a 125 NOS kit on my 1999 5.2 liter dodge dakota, everyone is telling me to retard my timing because everyone once in a while i get that pinging and the nice flash of the check engine light, can anyone tell me if you can retard the trucks timing and how, and the factory timing setting, if you can i really appreciate it, i am running autolite 3926 non platinum plugs, with cold air intake, electric fan, flowmaster exhaust, and much more, plus can anyone tell me about the 1.7 roller rockers, where can i get them and how much, thanks

i beleve most people with no2 run the msd digital 6 box. it has a single stage retard, and most people take 2 degrees out with a 150 shot.
