since the dakota never came with a 440, no one makes them. you will have to have them custom made

i was just wondering, i put a big block in my 87 with a motor plate to mount it.

If you already dropped a 440 into a 1987 truck, then you are going to have to buy a set of Thorley or Heddman or whoever and cut & weld til they fit....
Kind of like the motor plate approach.....
