I wouldn't know.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. So on week 2 I sent an inquiring email. NO RESPONSE. So on week 3 I canceled my order and purchased the product direct from the manufacturer. I will be receiving it in 2 working days. When asked, I told them about the bad customer service I received (due to no replies). They asked who it was and I told them. They may not like having a distributor that will give their product a bad name.

He has been doing more testing to the RT2 project and has been out of town for family... dont worry Tom is still there most of the time. i have found it easier just to give them a call then leave emails.

mosty of our sales are through the website... and then there are the labor jobs...(which keep us busy to where we can't always answer the phone)

We are working as hard as we can...

Thanks for your patience!
