Just put in another 10+ requests form from their site to have one built for the 4.7L's. I just use my friends' name and emails. heheheheee.
Hopefully they'll be like, "Whoa,,alot people be's wanting one, we better get on the ball and make freak'n make it!". ,,,,ya, that's what I hope.

It doesn't appear that hypertech does near enough maintence or upgrading on their site. Its barely changed since I first looked at it several years ago.

i just received an e-mail from them concerning the 4.7 programmer. READY ? They told me two weeks until its release. And I asked for a possible group buy and should here something tomorrow. Hypertech doesn't have it listed on there site, I think it will once it is released. But it is listed at www.rpmoutlet.com, so go over to the group buy section if your interested as I am getting a list together.

November 2002 Sport Truck magazine...they used a Hypertech power programmer on a 2000 5.9. Along with a K&N Gen II and a Gibson Cat-back the truck ended up gaining 16 horsepower and 30 pounds of torque at the rear wheels (226hp@4200 and 316lb/ft@3500). Funny thing is, same issue they install a Vortech (what, $4000?) on a 6 liter Chevy and only ended up with 269hp@5200 and 285lb/ft@4600.
