I hadn't seen any info on the cams from Hughes recently so I shot them an e-mail and this was the reply:
"We are working on our own version of a 4.7 cam grind but it may be next year until it is ready. Give us a call if we can help you out."
Doesn't that suck?!

yeah .. KRC just announced they are releasing some cams though. and premier-automotive.net also announced that they have some in the works (though they may be the same ones KRC has).
KRC is now taking orders on them ... $599 USD a set (includes all necessary parts like new valve springs and the like).
check out the 'KRC 218' thread (or something like that)for more info ... I think its in this forum, if not it'll be in the 'Performance' Forum.
