Anyone know of a really good set of shocks for a 93 extended-cab 4x4 with the 5.2. It's startin to sag in the front end. Mostly i'm just lookin for a better ride, i don't do a whole lot of off-roading.

I used "Edelbrock IAS Performer" shocks and my Dak not only rides better, it handles and stops better too. (much less lean and dive)

Edelbrock has a PATENT on the Ricor design. This is so special that the Edelbrock shocks are mounted what would be considerd "upside down" to most folks. This allows the Ricor mechinism to know the difference between ROAD BUMPS and BODY LEAN and react accordingly.

You may choose their monotube IAS shocks or if you are on a tight budget, they offer a twin-tube model of their IAS design. As with ALL shock absorbers, a twin-tube design is never as good as a real monotube design but is less costly.

Here is the place to buy shocks, no matter WHAT ones you select.... http://www.shockwarehouse.com

The IAS shocks aren't made for our gen II trucks. I put on KYB shocks and felt an improvement on my 94, but that could have been cause it really needed the shocks changed.

Shocks should not change your ride height if they are not air shocks!!!
