I just got a 2000 Dakota club cab/ v8 4.7 .
I was going to change the oil myself and I had a quick question. It may seem stupid but how many quarts of oil does it take? I was planning to use regular 10w30. Any recommendations?
Also is there a website that I can find more information like this on my new (new to me) Dakota?

Dude,
It takes 6 Quarts with filter change. Go buy a dealer and get them to give you a users manual, not a service manual, and they more than likely will.
