In a magazine I have an article said that the cpu added 28hp and 26 ft-lbs. 94' ram 5.9. I don't know how much different a 5.9 r/t motor's gain might be, but this might give you a reference point.
Price is around $320 (At least thats what I've seen for the durango r/t's cpu)
