 Subject: Autolites Jet Stage2 and Cold Stat

Ok If i were to put this combo on my truck(99 5.2 4x4)
3923 Plugs, Jet Stage 2, And A 180deg thermostat.
Anyone Done this one before, How did it feel on the butt dyno? Or is there a better way to just make performance better than stock? Well I went ahead and put the plugs in yesterday(no diff)and I am waitning on some oppinions about the Stage 2. Any comments would help.

I did that drop the chip and get a IAT adjuster just as good if not better for very little money. I think they are on christmas special for $28.50. You will notice a difference in warm weather with the IAT. The plugs and the them are good for keeping detonation away. Intake, exhaust, electric fan make a good difference.

I've done the same, plus have the IAT adjustor for the warmer weather, used the CHIP II for colder weather.
I may have a bad RS 180-stat, have a constant 1281 code re: coolant too cold but I don't think it is stuck open, gonna check that out soon.
