Message: I just got my 2002 v8 4.7 my first truck. OK mine didnt come with the hood silencer and dealer says it will take two weeks to get it in. I was wondering cause like if I rev up on my engine I can hear a small whinning noise and was wondering if that was normal??????
Message: I couldn't tell ya, My flowmaster is to loud, and the Intense Z-tube sounds like a 600 cfm 4 bbl.
And every since I P/U the truck with 9 miles on it my foot has been on the floor or real near it. I now have 7,200 miles and don,t here no whinning except that of the local 5.0 stangs.
