Message: I gutted the 3rd cat on my 02 4.7 and i noticed no change in sound or performance when i put the factory muffler back in place.
I was hoping for a little top end gain atleast.
What cheap mods can I do to see a some improvement?
Also how can I get a little deeper rumble out of the exhaust without loosing torque or spending a bunch of money?

Also replace the stock muffler with something a little less restrictive, uh, a terminator or something similar that only costs about $50. 2 1/2" in and 2 1/2" out for the stock 2002 4.7 DAK.
