 Subject: Electronic Tranny Prob?

Got a '01 4.7 Quad Cab with the Electronic Automatic transmission. A few months ago, the tranny started leaking and a ticking/buzzing noise appeared when shifting between drive and reverse . Dealer replaced tranny cover and leak appears to have gone away, but noice is still there. Now Dealer says this is a normal sound? Any help on this?

Yeah that noise is normal in ALL Chryslers.
I work for a Chrysler Jeep dealership.
