I have just bought a 1998 dodge 1/2 ton truck with a 318 engine.it gets where it will only idle,and when I give it some gas,it spits and sputters and wont take the gas even enough to go 1 mph,but then after awhile it will clear up,run fine,but will strand me if i go any distance in it with this problem.Had it put on a computer at auto zone,and they said it was the oxogyn sensors,so I changed them,one was 79 and one was $69.This did not fix the problem.Need information bad.,

starts some of the time, dash lights are on, makes a ticking sound not sure if its coming from the dash or under the dash. noticed the air conditioning unit is frozen and makes a ticking sound, i dont ever use the air conditioner.any suggestions???
