 Subject: spark plug wires

I just changed my spark plugs on my 00' 4.7 and wanted to change my spark plug wires. The existing ones have wires going everywhere. Has anyone done this if it is even possible?

I am not positive about the 2000 model, but the 2001 doesn't have sparkplug cables. The coils sit right on top of the sparkplugs.

No need man this thang has coil on plug ignition, that means the wires you see are just hooking up to the coil paks to tell them when to ignite and stuff and dont need to be replaced.
