 Subject: 92 Dakota v8 fuel pump

Trying to find out what is in the circuit preventing pump from
running - it’s a brand new pump - have continuity in Dark
green wire from power distribution panel - new relay - no
power at pump harness at pump - I feel the need to trace
wiring back from pump but not sure where it goes - from pump
to where - again the dark green wire has connectivity between
power panel and pump connection so I’m thinking it the other
wire - every other tab in pane under hood seem working - 1
tab is hot always - other two has power when key is on - tab B
always hot - tabs A and C when keyed on. What to check next
?
