 Subject: 2000 Dakota 4.7 CEL issue

Approx 25000 on a complete rebuild. All new
parts were used (OEM) and I did the work myself
so I'm confident everything is right.
The trouble is lately I've been getting a PO305
( misfire detected cylinder#5) I've replaced
the coil, plug and the injector, compression is
acceptable. I can barely feel any hesitation at
idle but on acceleration I can feel a very
slight miss.
I'm stumped what the problem might be. Any
suggestions on what to do next?
