 Subject: transmission trouble

my 2005 dodge dakota is having
transmission issues. It shakes when coming
to a stop, the rpms fluctuate and
sometimes stall when coming to a stop,
and it shifts hard into 3rd and when
switching from park to reverse/drive. When
checking the codes it says tcm and o2
sensor is bad. I already changed out the
Trans solenoid, both filters, and fluid,
and also put a new idle air control valvle

just looking for any input on what could
be causing this. hoping to save money and
not have to replace the pcm if at all
possible, thanks
