 Subject: '03 4.7 Hose missing

I have a P0440 code and I'm pretty sure I've found the problem, but I need help fixing it. I have a vacuum hose missing at the throttle body and I can't figure out where it is supposed to connect. I have a picture at this link:

The picture is taken from the driver's side. The left hose from the metal goes under the fuses and the NVLD; I'm pretty sure the right hose goes down to the EVAP components under the truck. Can anyone tell me what's missing?
