 Subject: Clutch feels odd - low miles

OK so I have a bad memory or something.
My 02, 4.7, 5speed, QC, 3.92LSD now has 500+ miles and the clutch seems to feel odd to me now -like it was a gradual thing. At the bottom end when disengaging it feels like the piston in the master cylinder needs lubed - sort of notchy - not smooth and continuos - and it sort of squeaks - not like a rusty hinge - more like a finger on a wood table top...
Does anyone know what I am trying to say? I can't remember if it always did this (I don't think it did) or if I'm just now noticing it.

I had the same problem, All the dealer did was lubricate the linkage under the dash and it quit acting up.
