Subject: Consistent Idle stumble

Message:
Hi, I have recently bought a 2003 dakota w/4.7 engine auto
trans. Truck has 110,000 KMS (75,000 miles) when I bought it,
idle was 900 rpm and would fluctuate, eventually check engine
light came on and I replaced the idle air control. Now she idles
at the normal 600rpm range but now my issue is it is shaking
slightly at idle and when warming up when idle is a little higher
and gradually decreaeses. It feels like a stumble every few
seconds and is not consistent. Sometimes shakes more or
less than other times. Warm or cold engine doesn't matter.
Rpm needle doesn't show any movement at idle, but when
driving on highway if I have my foot partially on throttle going
up a hill or under a little load, when I quickly let of my rpms
jump up 100-200 and then quickly go back to what they were
at. Is that normal or in any way related to my other issue?

Also my wife said the truck almost stalled out when she was
idling and she had to give it gas to keep it running, was only a
few seconds and hasn't happened since. She said it sounded
like it was choking. ( she's not a car person )

I've replaced spark plugs, air filter, oil change, cleaned throttle
body, ran injector cleaner through gas tank.

Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated, I just wish it would
give me a code.
