 Subject: 2003 Dakota RT-cat removal

I've been searching the boards and see many different
opinions. Just bought a new to me 2003 Dakota rt, and had
flowmaster 10 put on from cat back. I want it louder. Only cat I
see is a big jug before the muffler, don't see any pre-cats.
Question is this...will I get a cel if I remove this cat? Anyone
with an 03 RT dak do this and your experience? Thanks a lot

I don't own an R/T but yes, you should see a code pop up if
you remove the cat. Why don't you replace it with an
aftermarket hi-flow version?
