 Subject: Ignition Fuse Blowing

I have a 98 Dakota with V8 Magnum. Is there a common
cause or problem that will cause the ignition fuse
to blow when key is turned to on or start position.
Has anyone encountered this problem and perhaps has
a quick way to diagnose and repair?
