93 Dakota with 5.2. Shut down one day, towed it
home. Replaced coil and battery, battery was
really old. Started it, driving and it shut down
again. Let it sit for 30 minutes, started and ran
just fine. Driving, shut down again. Towed it
home, no start. Researched on this forum, replaced
cam sensor, crank sensor and went ahead & did
plugs, wires, rotor, dist cap. Still no start. :-(
More research, checked all the wiring and it's
already been repaired. I'm thinking ECM. Got
another ECM and installed it, started, but seems
to be over fueling. That's where I'm at. Could it
be the wrong ECM, maybe for a V-6?
