CEL light has been on for most of the summer. Came on once, went off for a few weeks, came back and hasn't left. Driving it this morning, it was definitely sluggish and felt like misfiring, especially when I tried to apply more pressure to the gas pedal. Normally after the weekend, she is a little sluggish after sitting for the weekend and especially after rain, but today it just wouldn't warm up and the CEL light flashed at me, then went back to solid. I was only a little way from home so I turned back and got my other vehicle. Can i use the "key trick" on this model to diagnose the code? Any other ideas?

Ok, went to check out a code reader today and got the following: 0308, Cylinder 8 misfire
Should I start with the spark plugs/wires/cap/rotor? Or is it likely something else? I have replaced the spark plugs (at about 80k) but never the wires/cap/rotor.
If it matters, it has ~ 120k on it, leaks coolant and oil, and recently had the water pump pulley seize up, so i had to replace that. I can't identify where the coolant leaks from, but fill it up routinely as to not let it become a larger problem.
