 Subject: Exhaust bolt breakage

I have a 2000 Dakota with a 4.7 and over the years it has eaten a fair share of exhaust bolts (six total) I have been very lucky as all of them have been removed by my fingers! This truck has well over 200K miles on it. Is there an underlying issue here?

I got a 2004 w/ a 4.7L. About two months ago, it had about 110000 mi. Two of the bolts heads pop off. Passenger Side Very rear cylinder. Thinking about it i would have to say one of bolts broke two days before the second. Luckily i was able to take off with my fingers also.
