I just traded in my 97, Ext Cab, V6 4X4 Dak with 91k miles for 7500, got my Employee discount, and my 2000 cash back, and TA'DA! A brand new 02 4X2 4.7 Dak was born for just under $11,600, and I have never been happier. Fast as hell, but now I need advice. I'm looking for a good exhaust system, and headers for it. I need part numbers and manufacturers. Any suggestions?

get the dak breathing better first...a nice
intake, z-tube if you can afford it, but the
360airintakez are nice ; )

krc performance offers ceramic or stainless
JBA headers for the 4.7, but I have heard from
previous posts that the stock headers are very
efficient, and you wouldnt notice much gain in
HP. (www.krcperformance.com)
using a free flow catalytic converter should
increase performance, along with a good free
flowing exhaust, dynomax, magnaflow, etc. I
chose to go with a 3" catback system, cost
less than $200 from the local exhaust shop.

great tips and tricks.

High Output cams and intake manifold are
available from your local jeep/chrysler/dodge
dealer, they are for the Jeep Grand Cherokee
4.7 HO motor, but people have tested the
cams and reported a 20ft/tq increase accross
the entire RPM range, and up to 15HP
increase, never dropping below 5HP
two more things:
DONT BUY A TB SPACER...GOOD FOR A
CUP HOLDER ONLY.
DONT BUY A JET CHIP...GOOD FOR A
PAPER WEIGHT ONLY.
