Your better off buying them new. I did this and it almost bit me in the ass. Good thing I had a cousin pull some strings for me at a local Dodge dealer. Check out www.ring-pinion.com, most are very happy with their service. You can also go to your local 4x4 shop and check for prices. My local 4x4 shop had awesome prices and beat everyone I checked with. I purchased the Dana Trac-lok (same as Mopar Suregrip just different name) for about $160 (can't remember, but around there). You can pick up some new 3.91 or 4.11 gears for about the same price. Good Luck

Eli

No, R/T gears will not fit the v6 rearend. The R/T has a 9.25 rear and the v6 has a 8.25 rear. You'll need to get 3.91 gears for the 8.25, which they do make.

Gears are no picnic, have a professional install them. The gears have to be set precisely or they will start to make a whine sound in time (among other problems). From what I've heard from guys that have done their own, its hard, time consuming, and fustrating. I do not remember how much it cost, but check with 4x4 shops, they seem to have good prices.
