O.K., I guess you mean in the front of the truck, as opposed to 'in front of the truck'.
Well, does revving in nuetral have anything to do with it?
Does it happen under 20mph at all?
We still need a little info.

No it does not happen under 20 mph. But it sound like that I have Niobe tires. The tire are stander sizes. The faster I go the louder it gets. Could this be a front or rear bearing problem.

Get louder when you turn ? Check the cv joints in the front axle shafts.
