I do imagine you did check all the fuses?
If so only other things I can think of is ground or the headlight switch itself.

That or the obvious - the control on the dash that dims those lights...

your all wrong ,and my self too,it was the towing plug for my boat (again)it kept blowing fuse's,no more U-HAUL connections for memso i unplugged it ,put back to normal way,no more blown fuse's
