 Subject: flowmaster super 44

Flowmaster came out with a new muffler called the super 44 and i was wondering if anybody has put one on and if so how does it sound, and those that have had both the super 40 and the super 44 tell me which one is throatier and more agressive

i have the super 40 i'm not impressed it sounds alright but its way too quiet when idling i had the original 40 as well and there wasnt to much of a difference...they sound good but if you are looking for loud these are not it.

I just bought my dad a super 44 2 1/2 in/single out for his 4.7 ram and it sounds awsome. I have a 40 series cat back dual with high flow cat and his truck is close to be louder than mine

if you want to make a flowmaster loud, make it dump out under the bed, right after the muffler. you put a turndown on it. my 318 was loud as hell when i did that. maybe too loud.
