Well in the next two weeks I'll be getting my Dakota CC Sport Plus, with the 4.7 V8. And I was wondering what kind of tweaks I could do to help in the perforance. I was thinking the K&N Filter. But I was wondering if there is any other small tweaks. I don't want to change anything major. And I don't want the changes to change my gas milage.

If your going for all out balls, why not an R/T? is it the 5spd thing. just a personal preference but the 5.9L is so versatile as far as mods go. and not to mention they look bad @ss. Now unless you need a 5 spd or your looking into a 4x4, I'd say R/T, just my opinion, and I have no intentions on affecting anyone here.

In fact I have a 2002 4.7L but I would prefer a 5.9L but the only V8 the CC comes with is the 4.7L.

Um to correct you. You can get an 5.9L R/T with a CC.

Ill tell you why to get a 4.7 instead of a 5.9 because a R/T cost about $4000 more than a 4.7 and for $4000 you can make a 4.7 run 12's in 1/4. Which would be the same price of an R/T after you are done.
