Just wondering who makes superchargers to fit a '00 Dakota with a 4.7? I kno that Paxton makes a kit I saw an article in sport truck magazine that they put a Kenny Bell on one. Does anyone have a supercharger on their 4.7 and if so did you run into any problems with it. Also, does anyone have any dyno figures before and after the superchargers. Thanks

I have a 2000 4.7 with the Kenne Bell. I love it. I'm actually looking at maybe selling the truck in the spring. Kenne Bell no longer makes the kit for the dak's. You could give them a call and see if they have any but i know it's not on their website anymore. Kennebell.net Good luck.

The STS is very expensive though.

It cost $3,000 just for the turbo, waste gate, Blow off valve, some misc hardware, instructions, etc.
I think they supply the oil line and oil pump, as you have to pump the oil BACK to your crank case when you mount the turbo under a car.

You have to supply the fuel management, and you have to fabricate your own piping, mounts, etc.

I can go buy this stuff sold in their kit locally for about $1,000 at a Turbo dealer.
