Came across this on eBay lastnight. Somebody in Idaho has put together (what looks like) a turnkey turbo kit for the 4.7L engine. Good starting price...
What's your left foot doing?

Yep, Idaho Speed Center in Boise. I've talked to them about the kit, I think they started to develop it using a local Dak right after Duner did his.

Looks nice but im sure it will shoot out of my price range. Always thought it would be fun doing a Turbo/Supercharged motor using Nitrous for a cooler air intake.

Maybe he'll offer another one for sale... Who knows? If he wanted more then $1000 (or even the final price of $1500) he could have put on a reserve to guarantee his cost. Since it didn't have one I'm guessing he still made some money off the sale.

I dont think there is anyway he made money off of that but it
would be sweet if he did do another auction. If I would have
watched the end of the auction I probobly would have broken
out the credit cards for that price.

Dude! The guy who bought the 1st kit for under $1500 scored big time. I'd venture to say that very few kits, if any, get sold at this B.I.N. price.

he reneged on it (never sold it)
even though the the auction went over reserve price

What a jerk that seller is. I'd be p!ssed beyond belief if that happened to me as the buyer. If he felt he made a mistake on the listing he had plenty of time to fix (or kill) it before the auction ended with a valid winner.

LOL, he was probobly losing at least a grand if he did sell it at that price. Pretty crappy of him not to sell after he didnt put a good reserve on it. It was his mistake and kind of trashy not to own up on it.

if he wanted more then he should have set the reserve as such
i deal on ebay and one thing i allways do is go through the sellers feedback
ebay needs to start clamping down more on the
dead beats and game players
buisness is buisness and if they arent there do conduct it properly and honestly then can their butts!
